My name is Cindy and I have been practising Tai Chi for 16 years and Qigong for 8 years.
Based on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.
I am passionate about spreading the benefits of qigong.
My studies include Tai Chi 24 form, 48 form. Shibashi Level 1 & 2.
I am a certified instructor with the TaiChi, Qigong and Feng Shui Institite.
Qigong is an excellent form of excercise for all ages.
It combines gentle movements and breathing to strengthen the mind and body.
It has many health benefits, some of them being reduced stress, improved circulation and gently restoring movement to stiff muscles and joints.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice and translated means energy work.
Known as a wonderful form of moving meditation it creates a connection between the mind, body and spirit.
By embracing the practice into your daily routine you will find a positive improvement to your energy and the ability to remain calm when times are challenging.
