My name is Cindy and I have been practicing Tai Chi for 19 years and Qigong for 10 years.
Based on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, I am passionate about spreading the benefits of qigong.
My studies include Tai Chi 24 form, 48 form. Shibashi Level 1 & 2.
I am a certified instructor with the TaiChi, Qigong and Feng Shui Institite.
Qigong is an excellent form of exercise for all ages. By combining gentle movements with your breath you strengthen the mind and body.
There are many health benefits from practicing qigong, some of them being reduced stress, improved circulation and balance, gently restoring movement to muscles and joints. Let's not forget the emotional component - anxiety, overthinking, worry -all can be improved by deep calm breathing.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice used to assist the body to heal. Translated means energy(qi) work(gong).
By circulating the body's energy you can help clear blockages creating better health and vitality.
Known as a wonderful form of moving meditation it creates a connection between the mind, body and spirit.
Embracing the practice into your daily routine will find a positive improvement to your energy levels and physical well being.
An overall sense of calmness and mental clarity is one of the best benefits I have obtained through my practice.
